The source of the issue was identified and a workaround has been put into place, which has resolved the issue for impacted users. A more thorough root cause analysis is now underway to more permanently resolve the issue.

Investigating
Some users are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing them from authenticating to myRSA, the RSA Community, the NetWitness Community, and the Partner Portal.

When attempting to log in, they are presented with the following error message after entering their User ID or their password: "Sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time."

This issue is being actively investigated in order to resolve it as quickly as possible.
