The Case Portal within the NetWitness Community will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable from Friday, May 13th until Sunday, May 15th. The maintenance will begin at 9pm EST and will conclude on Sunday at 4pm EDT.
During this time, users will be unable to open or manage support cases within the Case Portal, and will also be unable to create support cases via email. If an urgent case must be opened, please use the support phone numbers located here: https://community.netwitness.com/help
