The Case Portal within the NetWitness Community will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable from Friday, April 1st, until Sunday, April 3rd. The maintenance will begin at 8pm EDT and will conclude on Sunday during the afternoon hours.

During this time, users will be unable to open or manage support cases within the Case Portal, and will also be unable to create support cases via email. If an urgent case must be opened, please use the support phone numbers located here: https://community.netwitness.com/help
