The Case Portal within the NetWitness Community will be undergoing maintenance and will be unavailable from Friday, April 15th, until Sunday, April 17th. The maintenance will begin at 10pm EDT and will conclude on Sunday during at approximately 4pm EDT.

During this time, users will be unable to open or manage support cases within the Case Portal, and will also be unable to create support cases via email. If an urgent case must be opened, please use the support phone numbers located here: https://community.netwitness.com/help
